Contract application and poor service delivery

On the 7 of may i applied for a contract phone with Virgin mobile I was promised that the fone will be delivered in 7 days time. It is now the 4th week and I still havent recieved the phone. I have called Virgin active a countless times and each time ive been put on hold for more than 10 minutes. Your call centre is pathetic. I have now incured a huge call acount due to calling your call centre and stil havent recieved any help. You providing a service and we had an agreement I hate that I now have to be the one running after you guys

Secondly today I recieved a call from CCD courries and they told me they will be delivering 2 phones. I only ordered one phone and do not want 2 phones. Calling your callcentre is very appaling because your dont get any help al your get is a phone bill. I am very dissapointed with virgin mobile and I do not think I want the deal anymore. I cannot stand 24 months paying for Bad service
