DISGUSTING SERVICE INEFFECIENT

I applied for a loan on Friday and was approved at the branch. I never got a call frm them and the money was not transfered to my account. I called on Monday only to be told they are waiting for some documents and i was never told about those documents. Its now Thursday I still havent heard from them and I keep on calling. I sent whatever documents they were looking for but even now they are still not approving or declining. Their service is disgusting. All i want is for them to tell me if its been approved or declined and they must just stop deciving customers like this.

I want them to attend to this as soon as possible. I tried calling them now and I was put on hold and then got cut off
