More bad service from MTN! UTTERLY DISGUSTED!!!

I applied for a phone on contract from MTN on the 28th December 2013, was told that it was approved few days later, and when I went to collect if, I was told my sim card has to be released from the previous contract I had, and that would take 24hrs. Called in to ask if it was done, and I was told its done and should come collect it, went to the store, but it still wasn't done. I went to the store 4 times, only to turn back with no phone and no sim card..

I wanted to cancel the contract on the 6th of January, since I wasn't getting the service I required, and Sbonelo told me the phone would be delivered by Thursday the 8th January. Today is the 9th and nothing has come in. I have been waiting for this phone since the 28th of December, till now.

Just called and spoke to the store manager-Sipho, who told me he will try bring the phone today, and when I said by #pm, his response was his got other things to do, he will see...

MTN service is disgusting, to say the least, i don't understand how the staff are trained, if they ever are, this is not the 1st incident I have with MTN, and the service keeps deteriorating
