For the last 6 weeks I've been trying to get telkom to reverse a charge as ISP for a login (username and password) I never received and never used. after speaking to the 15th person after holding for 31minutes, I've given up. I'm now convinced there are only working at telkom. I'm not going to pay the bill if thy want to suspend my service so be it, because truly why do I need to pay for service this pathetic. just like the rest of the country telkom (HELKOM) has gone to the dogs.
