I write this email with much disappointment in my new service provider Cell C .
2 weeks ago i decided to leave Vodacom and join Cell C due to the great offer on the Blackberry Z10.
Only to my horror did I find out about the issues of Cell C and the lack of service to the clients.
For the last 2 week I have been trying to get assistance from the Cell C technical helpdesk and customer support, my last call was last night.
I cannot send messages in certain periods and access the internet or even makes calls.
I continue to get error messages such as Network Unavailable even though I have full signal.
About a week ago when I called the technical helpdesk the consultant told me that Cell C is having a problem with the Blackberry Z10 and that it will only be fixed in about a month.
Before I take this to the CPA, I would like clarity on why these phones are being sold if there is a problem on it with Cell C .
In an emergency I would be totally helpless with me cell as there is never any network to make a call or even send a text.
I have made numerous calls to your helpdesk and no one can assist me at all. I have swopped sims and phones and all I get it try again or wait
