NO NETWORK - NO ACTION TO RESOLVE BY CELL C

I have laid the below, complaint over 7 days ago. Yet still Cell C has not maid an attempt to resolve the issue. Their operators have called me stating that a technician will come to my home to resolve the issue but still nothing. My COMMUNICATION TO THE WORLD is of high priority. What If I'm being robbed in the middle of the night? How would I make contact with the world and police? Ref number - 3050800826

I Have been experiencing no network coverage at my home for the past few weeks on my CELLPHONE since I migrated from VODACOM to CELLC. Each time I called CELLC to complain, they said that the problem is common and will be fixed by the end of the week, giving me a sense of relief and false expectation. The problem continued to persist. I have just taken up a new contract with CELLC, assuming that on contract it will be resolved however the problem has gotten even worse. Cant CELLC send a technician to my house to test the network. I use this number as my primary contact number and for WORK as I work on STANDBY. Cant CELL C install some sort of signal booster at home to resolve the problem, instead of giving me the same excuse continuously!!
