On the 26th of October2013, I called the Cell C upgrades department to check if I could carry out an early cellphone upgrade and to my luck I was due. I did an upgrade over the phone with the consultant and upgraded to a sony experia Z and I was told my phone will reach me in the next 2-3 working days (that should have been 29/30 October's 2013) and I never received it. On Monday 4 November @ 13:21 a consultant called me and said they thought I was working night shift that's why the phone wasn't delivered but he assured me they will deliver the next day which was Tuesday 5 Nov 13 but I still don't have the phone to this day. I even called their call centre on saturday 9 November and they said upgrades department is closed... I'm still waiting for the phone and not happy with the service at all.
