I wish to lay a formal complaint with regards to Cell C as a service provider or the lack thereof.
I switched over to Cell C last year November and that was the biggest mistake I ever made. I currently live in Johannesburg and I hardly ever have signal or 3g coverage. People try and call me and it goes straight through to voicemail. When I make calls, I sometimes have to dial 3 to 5 times before getting through and 99% of the time when I am on a call it will cut out in the middle of a conversation sometimes even multiple times.
My phone is an essential part of my business which is now being negatively affected due to Cell C's extremely poor signal and coverage. Besides that factor it is very frustrating to pay almost R800 per month for something that NEVER works!!!
I have previously laid a complaint and I was called back by Cell C stating that I should switch over to the Vodacom network manually on my phone, which didn't help at all. I was also told that they were supposedly doing upgrades on the area for the signal and I should see a difference shortly... hence to say that never happened either.
If Cell C cannot resolve this matter I would like my Cell C
