I really regret leaving Vodacom for Cell C because I am pretty sure that Cell C coverage is the worst in this country. I have been having endless problems with making calls and accessing internet since I joined Cell C at the end of last year, I am paying every month but have never been able to use the services I am paying for, enough is enough, either fix the network problem or cancel both of the contracts I have with Cell C.
It is so embarrassing that they are running these marketing campaigns trying to convince customers to join Cell C but clearly they can't satisfy the customer base they currently posses. I have been in touch with the call centre, retentions department, technical department, all deparments at Cell C to try resolve this problem but have had no luck so far. So much for cheap calls and data rates, only catch is you can never use these services.
In this day and age where a terrorist can upload a video from a cave but for some reason with Cell C you can't even make a call from the living room of your house in the most urbanised area in the country.
Quite frankly I have had about all I can take from Cell C!!!
Release my number so I can join Vodacom or MTN.
