We have been experiencing problems connecting using our 3G device which we pay for every month, and don't use it because it does not work. We keep getting a message stating limited service. We reported this about 2 months ago and was told a technician would come out to check. The technician did come and could not resolve the proble. We were then told to take the device to a Vodacom repair centre. We went to the one in Cresta shopping mall and they too could not help. So this pass Sunday we try using it again and still it does not work. I call the technical call centre and give all my details and the agent was getting a bit "short" with me because they could not understand the problem. Then the line goes dead. No one bothers to call me back and again we go on with the 3g not working. I ask you guys to please cancel the 3G because it does not work and yet we continue to pay. I would like to know why did no one get back to us when the line went dead. This is not Custer service or has Vodacom got so big that they forget what customer service really is
