Poor quality work and not willing to address issue

End Oct 2012 my Telkom (Voice and ADSL) line went dead, it took a week to "Fix"
End Nov 2012 my Telkom line went dead, and it took almost a week to "Fix"
End Dec 2012 my Telkom line went dead and it took almost a week to "Fix"
Mid Jan 2013 my Telkom line went dead, it only took ONE DAY to "Fix"!
First week Feb 2013 my Telkom line IS DEAD AGAIN!!!

After 4 days I get a SMS from Telkom to let my know that this line which is still dead is considered fixed by Telkom.
Fault number 1146CTK050213 closed without even attempting to fix.
THE LINE IS STILL DEAD!!!

The only thing the contact centre can do is log a new fault. (214CTK090213)

It has now been more than a week and this has not been fixed, THIS IS FRUSTRATING!!!

PLEASE DO NOT JUST SEND ANOTHER TECHNICIAN TO PUT AN INTERIM FIX IN PLACE WHICH WILL FAIL WITHIN A WEEK OR TWO! SEND SOMEONE TO FIX THE ACTAUL PROBLEM.

The last time the technician arrived he confirmed that the line will have to be replaced and that Telkom will do this. It seems that Telkom cannot be bothered to actually fix the problem.

Since the normal channels do not work I am logging this issue here
