I gave in a blackberry 9300 for repairs as it was freezing and it was swopped out with a refurb which still had problems (scroll was faulty) so that device was given in. The replacement Blackberry 9300 was swopped out again and my current device, Blackberry 9300 is still having problems where the BIS service isnt working. The staff at Vodacom Cresta including management (Robin & Vincent) weren't very helpful, not very attentive, brushing off our queries and down right arrogant. I've had the device for a year, it worked perfect until the freezing issues, since then I have barely used my device in 3 months. I spoke to a Peter at Vodacom in Menlyn Mall who helped and advised to take my device in again at Cresta Vodacare but I no longer want to deal with that store as their service is putrid.
