Worse service in history for a new customer!!!

I am trying to become a new Vodacom customer and signing up for one of their iPhone 5s pre order deals REF: Y9NFFD . It has been more than 5 days since they promised to call me. I have called them over 6 times, requested 3 call backs for a manager to get hold of me and to date no one has bothered contacting me to place the order. Absolutely the worst customer service ever - no managers available in call centres, call centre agents (Ntokozo Moyo & Timothy Mahery) who just cut you off and no accountability. Pathetic Vodacom! STILL no confirmation for my order or contract. Disgusted with this corporates behaviour towards potential customers!!!
