In Sept 2012, I ordered an iPhone 5 from Vodacom Midlands Mall. The anticipated date of delivery was late December 2012. In december, I visited the store on a few occassions to enquire as to progress on my order. The reply was that they were waiting for stock. When I got wind of customers recieving their iPhone 5 form the same store, I called to speak with Lee [30/12/2012] . She was unavailable, I left a message for her to please contact me, she did not. Sharlene, the lady that took the call, told me that Lee would contact me. I followed up with another call on the 09/01/2013, I spoke to Shivani, she advised that Lee [store manager] was not available. I asked Shivani to check on my order, she advised me that they were currently delivering iPhone 5's to customers who ordered in October 2012! I placed my order in Sept 2012? Shivani could not answer me as to why I had not been contacted regarding my order! She said she would get Lee to call me. Neither Lee nor anyone from Vodacom Midalnds Mall has had the courtesy to return any of my calls! I have since bought the iPhone 5 else where. I have 4 contracts, 3 are with Vodacom's competitors. I can't wait to move the last one!
