I ordered a new Blackerry Q10 in December 2013. It has been a month now and all I can find out is that it is on back order. I phoned 082 1950 and another number given to me by customer care and still I am only told that it is in back order. How can no one know when stock will be received? This is so terrible coming from Vodacom such a well known name in the mobile industry and this is how customers get treated!! The call centre agents are not helpful at all and do not seem interested or are programmed to say the same thing over and over again.
I have phoned well over 10 times now and is it my job to keep following up or should a customer be informed when their order is on hold etc
