Ipad Tethering for for IOS7

I cannot understand why tethering has not been activated on the Telkom Mobile Network for IOS7. Please sort this out as soon as possible, I m happy with the internet speeds and its reliability but the lack of tethering greatly limits the Telkom Mobile network.
