A R6000 bill I won't be paying

I checked up on my Vodacom account this morning, to make sure that all is well with my account.
About a minute into my call, I get read the balance due on my account is sitting at R 5, 007.46, with R 3, 520.70 to be deducted from my account on the 02 December 2013.

Firstly, I had made an overdue payment on 2013-09-30 to the value of R 1, 576.48 which was the amount due on my account at the time. I called Vodacom on the same day to alert them of the payment, when I was then notified that they will still debit my account for the amount I had just paid. This happened, and obviously the debit order bounced as I had withdrawn the money and paid in cash instead. I was still charged the R 100 fee for the debit order that bounced (even after receiving confirmation of payment from Vodacom on the date of 2013-09-30), which, I WILL NOT PAY.

2013-10-19 ~ I ran out of Data. Subsequently, a R159.00 1gb data bundle was purchased, of which should have been activated from time of purchase. This was not the case, which has resulted in an overly excessive bill. I will not pay for Vodacoms incompetence. When I buy a bundle, it should be activated immediately.

Please sort this out... I WON'T BE PAYING
