Porting cellphone number disaste

I would just like to add my comments about Telkom Mobile store in Middelburg Mall. Ms Zandi Mthombeni assisted me in porting my number from vodacom to Telkom mobile. She told me that after vodacom cut me off all I need to do is to put my Telkom mobile sim card into my mobile and it will work. Well it has been 3 days now and still I have no network coverage-no service, I cant make or receive any calls-Telkom mobile needs to sort this out for me as this is the most pathetic service from a cellular service provider that I have ever experienced.
