Wifi Hotspot not available on Ipad 3 with 8Ta

Dear 8Ta

Your customer service data line is useless. Tried asking them about the wifi hotspot/tethering option for my Ipad 3, and I get passed from pillar to post. No-one knows what the is going on.

Is it available and how do I go about setting this up on my Ipad???
