Terrible service

I received my new phone Xperia M early last month from MTN only to find that it has an error... whenever I tried changing the radio station the phone switch off on its own. I left my contact details bt after a week no-one called back. I went to the store I was told phone was approved for warranty... I got the new phone but why was I not contacted?! ok that was sorted out... a few days later I drop my phone screen did not respond to any imput, took the phone back 2 mtn 4 repairs, I was told the phone would take no longer then14days 2 be repaired and again I left my contact details... its 3weeks later no-one has called. Went to mtn and demanded they figure a way out.the best they could do was give this address 26kingsquate office cnr cienesis and boalevard penelop street crown mines. So according to mtn small street the phone was repaired long ago but thr was no communication between the repairs dept nd mtn small street. So now I have to use my money and my time to get the phone back from repairs. This is Incompetence and unnecessary time wasting That I don't need
