Took my phone in to Autopage for a battery problem when I first got the new phone, I asked if i could receive a new phone and they didnt say anything just swoped the battery. Then I had to take the phone in for internet issues and yet again I asked for a new phone and they told me I was out of my 6 month swop, the day i brought my phone in to be sent away there was a crack on the screen and I was told by Cecila that I must try get the screen fixed before they sent it to jhb to try get me a new phone, I was then told that I would not be charged for any of the repairs done to the phone. Then I was told that i handed my phone in after the 6 month swop was finished so they could not swop it, it had to be repaired. I sent my phone in on the 20th of June 2013, only received my first message to say that they had received my phone on the 7th of July, 2 weeks later i received a quote for R2035 to fix the screen after i was told it was all covered. The manger was brought in and told me it would be covered anyway because i was told, I received my phone back today 14 August 2013 and none of the repairs had been done. We were then asked to pay R890 for the screen and they will pay the rest
