POOR SERVICE. VODACOM

MY PHONE WAS BOOKED IN 4 REPAIRS ABOUT 3WEEKS AGO, I HAD A PROBLEM WITH THE HANDSET, IT DID NOT WANT TO SWITCH ON. I THEN TOOK IT TO A CHAT STORE IN ADDERLEY STREET REALIZING THAT I HAD A WARRANTY ON MY PHONE .WITHIN THE 3WEEKS I NEVER HEARD ANYTHING ABOUT THE STATUS OF MY PHN, NOT BY THE WORKERS, MANAGER "NO ONE"!!! WHICH MEANS WITHIN THOSE 3WEEKS I HAD NO PHONE SO NOBODY COULD THEN CONTACT ME NOT MY KIDS, HUSBAND OR MY COLLEGUES!! NO1 ADVISED ME OF THE DURATION OF HOW LONG THE PHONE WOULD TAKE TO BE SORTED OUT... SO THEN TODAY I DECIDED TO VISIT THE STORE TO FIND OUT WHAT WAS GOING ON AND THEN ONE OF THE CONSULTANTS HAD THE ODASITY TO SAY THAT MY PHONE HAS BEEN TAMPERED WITH. THIS IS IMPOSSIBLE!!! MY PHONE WAS NEVER TAMPERED WITH OR EVEN BOOKEN INTO ANY REPAIRES PRIOR TO THIS. I SUGEST YOU GUYS NEED TO LOOK INTO THIS OR ELSE IL BE FORCED TO TAKE THIS FURTHER!!!
