I had taken my BB Bold 9900 in for repairs. I have the phone for about a year already and because i had dropped the phone it needed some repairs. The damage had been a crack on the top left of the phone.

I wanted this to be repaired so i decided to take the phone in. The phone had been with them for a week and half before they sent me an sms and called me to say its ready for collection. I had been very excited about getting it back so i immediately rushed off to get it.

When i arrived at the store on the saturday, i had been given a phone that looked like it had been thrown against the wall! The phone covers were loose and big gaps between the screen an outside cover. When i had brought the phone in there was NO gaps at all and all i had asked was for them to repair the top left of the phone. The phone covers were loose all over.

I wasnt happy with this repair so i left the phone for them to sort out.

The second time they had called to collect the phone i was told that the LCD of the phone was generic and NOT the original therefore it cannot fit properly. I wasnt told this the first time. The phone has not been in for any repairs at any back door repairer!!
