I bought a Lumia 520 at Jet Mart at Ulundi in June 2013 it functioned well the 1st two months but in September I used the hands free then from that day it had a problem with giving out sound. On the 1st of October I took it back since it still has its warranty. The phone came back on the 21st of October and it was no longer the phone I sent. when I told them that the phone they are giving to me is scratched and old they called Vodacom Repairs Durban Hub and got a person who said it was like that when they received it. I left the phone at the shop and asked for my original phone they then called me and gave me a job number, contact details and a contact person in Durban who told me the very same thing then said I must call the head office. when I called the head office the lady said they changed the main board of the phone yet the whole phone is not the same its old. I am not happy with that phone because that's not my phone. Its either they give me another phone or they refund me
