Faulty battery relacement

Three months ago I upgraded my phone to the new Samsung Galaxy S4. Last week my phone started switching off and causing problems. After some checking it was found that the battery has swollen and is the problem. I reported the problem to Samsung at [Email Removed] on Monday 11 Nov 2013. They said they will investigate and let me know, and asked for my physical address. The evening of the 12th I received a pAckage with a new battery. I love my samsung and with service like that i will gladly continue to support them. Thank you. Henk van der Walt.
