I upgraded my phone in October 2013 and got a Samsung S4. In December 2013 my phone started giving me problems. I noticed that my battery was swollen and took the phone to the branch in Mafikeng as the phone is still under warranty. It has now been two weeks since i was told that the i will be contacted when the battery arrives. I have been phoning everyday and i'm told that the batteries has still not arrived. I desperately need my phone and it is a huge inconvenience. I would just like to know how long it take to transport batteries from your main office to the branches. This is real poor service
