This complaint is not against the service that i receive at autopage, as the assistants are very helpful. I have upgraded my contract with a new S4 as advised by the sales assistant as this is the latest phone on the market, with great technology etc. I recieved my phone a few months ago, unfortunately the phone was not able to download applications and started freezing, the samsung rep also looked at the phone and advised i get a new phone as there is a problem with the software. I waited over a week for a new phone, once i received the new S4 i have the same problem with this phone. I have taken it back 3 times where we have reset the applications but this only works for two days. Now i have been advised to send the phone in AGAIN and wait another week for a new phone. Autopage cannot supply me with a loan phone at this stage and have also advised me to go to samsung direct to service the phone for software problem. This is ridiculous as this is a brand new phone, that cannot download apps!! No one else has this problem except me. Its unfair that i have to wait another week for a new phone AND i am unable to use the 1GB i get free (3 months=3gb) Very disappointed!
