POOR SERVICE

I upgraded my phone in May 2013 and for the last two weeks the phone kept switching off and the battery would drain. I took it back to the supplier, Menlyn autopage and was told it was a factory fault and that a batch of the Samsung S4 has the problem and they would take 6 weeks to replace the part and software. I was told there was no loan phone and I had to BUY a SIM adapter for R40 and it was not MY FAULT. I DID NOT damage the phone. The Nokia phone I have is not compatable and does not read the SIM and I cannot see my contacts. This has serious implications for my work as they pay for my phone. I use this for WORK not socially. I phoned the call centre this morning for assistace and was told they would call me back. No return call. I have though received 2 SMS and 3 calls for me to pay my account which was due on the 15th and was paid on the 15th as I have been doing for the past 10 odd years. I have four accounts with AUTOPAGE and I feels this is really poor service. People can call to collect money which has been paid but they cannot call me back to provide service. I am very frustrated and would appreciate it if AUTOPAGE would provide better service. You cannot escalate
