I upgraded to a Samsung S4 27/4 on the 28/4 I started calling to complain that my phone was dropping signal. After numerous calls to autopage customer centre and NUmEROUS calls to the store. The manager Kevin is yet to return a call or email. I have called Samsung and escalated to senior management at autopage and the best they can offer is I return my phone and be without a phone for a few days. This hand set is a month old and I have been reporting problems since the day I received it. The frustration is that no one will accept responsibility for the problem. I was even made to pay R150 for a new sim card that wasn't necessary.
