Vodacom
Incorrect Language usage - misrepresentation

Vodacom website MyAccount permits one to set a "Call Limit".
In english "Calls" is the word used for those comunications on a Phone that are made vocally/verbally.
Comunications per SMS BBM and all other services would not constitute "Calls".
Therefor if a "Call limit" is activated then this should be a limit on that communication that is made per a "Call".
If an "Account limit" is imposed, then once the total account has reached a value set, Then the limit is imposed.
These two are very different things.
At Vodacom the basic understanding of English seems to have gone somewhat awry.
Perchance the descriptions used could be corrected to mean what they actually intend doing.
So not a "Call Limit" but an "Account Limit" would be a more honest and accurate description of what is being set.
One always wonders when manipulation of information happens in one field where else it is also happening.

Seriously unhappy about Vodacoms lack of understanding of the language that they are using.
