My two children were due for upgrades on their cell contracts. They were offered I-phone 5's as their upgrades, which they agreed on. the phones were supposed to be available at Greenstone Mall by Friday 08/11/2013 but on enquiring, we have been given all sorts of excuses why they are not available. This is NOT the first time this has happened and it seems that this is a ploy by Autopage to keep your business by promising you something which they are not in a position to deliver. Surely when they offer a phone they should know if they have stock? I have so far wasted a few hours of my time on the phone with various employees trying to get clarity where we stand in regards to delivery but it seems the Autopage staff have been very well schooled in passing the buck and dodging commitment. Maybe it's time to transfer our four existing contracts to some-one more professional.
