I have Neotel for 4 months on a pay as you go and just cant get it to work, since I have it I c ant access internet every time I need to pack all up and go to their store and every time they tell me I have no data, I keep on buying data but nothing work.
Yesterday it took me 25 minutes on my cell phone (call ref no: SREQ110718153) for the assistant to tell me that myESN number has been disabled on their system, he promised it will be working in24 hours and its still not working!! 1
I phoned again and the assistant put me on hold for 25 minutes!!! Really must I just through it in the dusbin???
