I bought a data recharge voucher and loaded it on Saturday, I then phoned Neotel's call centre to confirm that the data was indeed loaded giving them my data card number and they did. On Sunday my internet was still not working after which i phoned them. To my surprise i was told my data card had no data and that it was loaded to a wrong number, I then told them about my previous day call which confirmed the data being loaded. Guess what the lady was so arrogant and useless she told me there's nothing she could do it was my loss, it was also not their responsibility to trace the previous day's call which confirmed the data. I asked for a manager /supervisor and I held on the phone for more than 20mins, and i never got to talk to the manager, pathetic!!
