Very bad service

My phone is not working since the beginning of January, every time i phone the customer service centre im on hold for more than ten minutes then they cant tell me what is wrong with my phone!! After the fifth time of phoning they promised me they will send me a new phone within 3 to 5 working days that was on the 10 of january. NEOTEL has the worst customer service i have ever experienced and thier staff is not qualiefied for the work and has a lack of training!!!
