I emailed Cell C customer service - 07 November 2013 09:24 AM on 08 November 2013 10:22 AM, i receive a reply One of our Retention's Consultants will contact you within 2 business days regarding your request.
Your query has been logged with Reference Number: 1311070000079007. i have since sent another email - 12 November 2013 06:17 AM and the response i receive -12 November 2013 02:20 PM - One of our Retention's Consultants will contact you within 2 business days regarding your request. Your query has been logged with Reference Number: 1311070000079007. really how do you retain a client if you don even keep to your commitment. i need an urgent response with regards to my request to cancel. Clearly no concern!!!
