Wrong Contract package

I have been a neotel pre-paid customer for the 2 years and last week I decide to change to contract but having not much knowledge of how phones contract work I walked into the neotel office at la-lucia ridge. The sales person was called to come meet me I explain what I wanted to use the phone for which is voice and internet, he then gave my neoconnect 100 @ R178p/m which is 100 anytime minutes and 1 Gig internet data I trust him and I walked away all smile just to discover I cant access internet and I can not send sms. When I want back he told me he is the manager and he cant do anything I must termite the contract if I don't want what he gave me please south help here I know neotel has a but now even neotel salesmen are I feel cheated as a consumer now I have I contract that I will be pay for the service that am not getting where is the country going too?
