I have been noticing on my bills that I am being charged for phone-calls when I have free minutes available. I have a 'Postpaid Straight Up 200' top up contract.
For example I was charged for the first 32 voice calls made during the billing month of October, and then for no apparent reason the calls are free again. Given that it is the beginning of the month why weren't my free minutes used?
I have tried phoning Cell C to query this, but after numerous rounds of telephone ping-pong I have given up this approach in frustration.
I would appreciate if I could receive some service in this regard.
