Bad service and unhelpful

On Saturday (09 Nov) I upgraded my existing contract (which was due for upgrade since July 2012) to the Samsung S4 Mini. I was told by the consultant that I need to cut the sim on Monday. I charged the phone, switched it on and let it as I am studying for my exams, I decided I didn't want the phone anymore. I took the phone back in its original box, with the stickers still on and accesories to the store on Tuesday (12.Nov) this is within 5days of upgrade and I ask for a cancellation. The sales person asks me to fill in a cancellation form & tells me to keep the phone and mtn will contact me soon But I will have to pay for the phone and cancellation fees because according to his call to the mtn head office samsung will not take the practically new phone back! I haven't even put a sim in it yet! I call 808 and the give me patrick's (a credit controllers) number who says I am within the 10 day cooling period and I don't have to pay for the phone, just return it and pay the outstanding invoice.now I have to go back tomorrow and remind the sales person of his own company's rules.lady at 0838195579 pls check ur terrible attitude to customers. I want my cancelation pls without paying for the phone
