Cancellation of contract

Fill contact card for upgrade, immediate response. Fill another to cancel upgrade due to not receiving the phone after about 2 weeks. No response. Courier phones to deliver & I told him I have cancelled. Then I get a call a few days later! Told them I could not wait that long & she says she will cancel it. Get my bill and they charged me for their bad service!!! Admin fee! For their in competance. Send numerous contact cards for it to be credited & contract to be cancelled. No response. Phone on 19th Sept. Upgrade still not cancelled & can't cancel contract before that is done. He will see that it is done. They will contact me. I popped into Riverside mall Automate to get the date of cancellation for my new contract to be activated. Cancellation still not done!!! Now I can't port my number or get my new phone because of craps service!!!
