My money now?

I upgraded almost 4 months ago. My new contract is R299 a month. On top-up its a bit over R300. From the first month we saw our bill was far over R500. How can this be since its a top-up and you can't go over the limit? So we went to the store to see what's up and they told us no its just transfer fees. Okay. 2nd month, again far over R500. Went back to the store, got the same answer. This month, AGAIN far over R500. Went to shop on the 7th of Nov and asked them to check what is going on. Another lady gets on the computer and then says "oops, someone never canceled your previous BB contract and you have been paying for both for 3 months". Really MTN??!! Oh and get this. We again had to pay over R500 even after they saw they were at fault or they will again cut my services like they did last month!!! After all the other problems we had with you? I'm sorry but we will be taking this further now.
