I was due for an upgrade on the 14 June 2013 I upgraded to a Samsung Galaxy S3 mini. I experienced trouble with my the battery. The battery did not last. I had to charge the phone 2 times a day and the phone had to be switched off while charging. I missed calls and messages. I took the phone back to the mtn store on 21 June 2013 . I was advised that I must book the phone in and it will take up to 2weeks before I get the phone back form them. I am really not interested in the phone anymore. This is poor costumer service. The store has a 7 day return policy but when I returned the phone on the 7 th day they told me that it was the eight day I don't understand how Friday to Friday equals 8 days. REALLY NOT IMPRESSED WITH THE SERVICE!!
