Upgrade done July lumia 720, handset problem returned handset, took a week to received another one i had to phone them, no feedback, and second one also had same problem switching off and on, returned and i did not want to take the take the 3rd handset on the same model, within period of 3weeks I had to go for 3 handset, and the service is worse because they promise to phone but i had to phone them every time. They phoned me i told them if they are giving me the same handset the 3rd i am not going to take it and they told me to come to the shop so we can talk when i reached there, they told me their headoffice is going to phone on monday because they said i have to pay R2500 for penalty for different handset and i refused, monday come no call, called them tuesday Noluntu told that there was no need for the headoffice, went there the afternoon still no solution because they did not want to give me different handset, i asked them to cancel because i cannot take something i am not happy with that they did not cancel, i did not take the handset my contract is expired September, now i getting sms that my account is overdue i had to pay for phone i did not have. I paid for october.
