In January I took my handset to CELL C in Melrose Arch which later was closed down and I was told to the handset was moved to the Rosebank branch, so far the handset has not returned to me and after countless phone calls to CELL C below is the response I have been given and I am expected to be paying for monthly premiums for a handset I do no longer have in my possession.
o Handset was not registered in their records when it was despatched to me
o They had no record of the IMEI number for the handset
o The handset was given to me with no microsim
