I upgrade my contract to iPhone5 and it was delivered but to my surprise i was given the incorrect Sim card and the phone is not working, i have been going to Vodacom Northgate (4days) and they refuse to take back the phone since it was courier to me, now i must wait for days waiting for collection in order to re-submit another upgrade.. i am loosing business while this whole thing is happening as i cannot access my emails.
