On the 03/11/2013 i noticed that there is more money debited from my account than should have i contacted vodacom and asked whats happening they put a request in and said some one will contact me with regards to whats happening so on the 04/11/2013 i phoned again still no feed back againe on the 07/11/2013 and again the 11/11/2013 they over charge me but they cant deliver any sevice i have 2 contracts and my one is shortly due for upgrade and to be honest im not gonna upgrade they cant even make an effert to contact me there is to many reasons why NOT to Phone a customer BUT NOT ONE GOOD REASON WHY THEY SHOULD MAYBE ITS CALLED CUSTOMER SERVICE
