With regards to my complain dated 31 October 2013 I feel that received a pathetic reply don't come and tell me about your procedures and standard, that phone is still under guarantee and need to be replace of fix as I said previously how the can I pay for something that's damage so I have to pay -R328.99 every month until next year when the contract expire, why don't YOU keep the phone and cancel the contract because I'm nothing paying for something I can't use something that I can't enjoy, and don't apologise for your stupidity as it's a manaufacturer fault send it to them, clear it out with them, and sort out my phone that's still under warranty
