MTN supplied me a faulty phone on contract. The phone had multiple hardware issues and according to my technical knowledge the phone must have been previously used because it also contained a lot of malicious software, it was not brand new. After one month I took the phone back and requested that they either replace the phone or cancel the contract. They send the phone in for repairs which I didn't request. After the repairs some of the issues were fixed but others still remained. According to me this is totally unacceptable. Currently they are still refusing both offers for replace or cancel and sending me huge bills.
