Hi we took out a new contract on the 31 october 2013 and on 7 November we gave the phone back and was told that the phone will have to be sent in for repairs as it was not working correctly (Samsung S4 Mini).
A month went by and we then received the phone back with physical damage. They said well sorry not much we can do we will send it back to the repair center and they will have to sort it out. its Now the 23/12/13 not once have i had a update on the phone, I want to cancel the contract as im paying for a phone i dont have.
There service is horrible i will trying to get the word out about the horrible service and trouble i have had so far with telkom and Samsung Mobile.
