Not getting anywhere

I would like to be able to get a straight answer from someone as I get different responses each time I call. I have been told that the phone I have ordered was out of stock at the time of placing the order, the item will only be in stock in a week, the phone has arrived in stock no idea when I will receive it, there where 92 items in stock at the time of placing the order and it has been released to the couriers and so on and so on.
