Called the Homechoice call centre on Tuesday at about 09:00 and enquired about the Jill Lilac 17 PCE Comforter as well as an extra set of curtains. Was informed that I cpuld make on online payment as stock was readily available and as soon as money reflects on system will my order be dispatched. Paid the money and only after I called again today was I informed that sorry sir this comforter is out of stock? Pity I did not take down the name of the first operator who informed me that stock was available. Now they sit with the money and inform me that stock might be available on Monday? Is this a sales gimmick by Homechoice to trap unsuspecting customers? Very angry at this kinda service!!
